•The Missouri Federation of Police Chief's Objectives are: To unite law enforcements agencies within Missouri

 To facilitate cooperation to overcome law enforcement challenges

To provide professional training and development conferences

To endorse appropriate legislation that will better serve the community and the law enforcement profession

To encourage the elimination of any improper political or wrongful influence in law enforcement

To disseminate relevant information in an effort to improve Chief's managing abilities and law enforcement in general
